All about the customer
The company philosophy is based on simple, however, absolutely essential
principles.
Our motto is "We are only satisfied when our customers are satisfied".
Therefore, we focus particularly on the following points:
- Quality. All our products are individually tested and this is also reported.
- Flexibility. “Tailor made” products according customer’s wishes
- Storage. Our warehouse is well stocked. 85% of orders are shipped the same
day
- Speed. For Mechanical Seals, whose components are in stock, but they must
be assembled, we still have a maximum
delivery time of 2 weeks.
- Experience and trustworthiness. Since 20 years we work with great success in
the sealing industry. We also confirm this by constantly growing sales volume
and the international recognition we receive.
