Graphite Seals
For high temperature and pressure
Graphite seals consist of pure graphite.
Natural graphite is at first converted into intermediate graphite compounds, then pressed and rolled to form sheets, plates, or preshaped parts.
These gaskets can be used in several and various applications to solve all kind of problems at high temperature and pressure.
Graphite sealing tapes are wrapped around shaft or spindle and are available in different sizes with or without adhesive.
Graphite rings are made with graphite tape evenly wrapped and pressed in order to obtain a specific density from 1,4 to 1,8 according to applications.
Among our graphite products there are also sheets which are available in the following standards:
- non-reinforced and with simple or perforated reinforcement in Stainless Steel
- standard dimension is 1000 x 1000 mm, thickness from 0,5 to 3,0 mm.
